& Refund Policy
Understand your career assistance benefits, refund eligibility and separate placement charges before registering.
What Your Registration Includes
The Career Assistance Plan provides recruitment support to candidates seeking suitable employment opportunities.
- Candidate profile consideration for relevant vacancies.
- Assistance for up to five suitable interview opportunities.
- Interview preparation with role-specific expected questions and answers.
- Priority-based vacancy notifications based on profile and preferences.
- An initial job-assistance update within 24 hours after payment and candidate details are verified.
Refund Policy & Eligibility
The following two scenarios explain when a full or partial refund of your ₹1,000 registration fee may apply.
No Suitable Interview Scheduled
If no suitable interview is scheduled for the candidate during the entire three-month registration period, the candidate will be eligible for a full refund of the registration fee.
Five Interview Opportunities, No Job
If assistance has been provided for all five interview opportunities during the registration period, but the candidate does not secure a job through those opportunities, the candidate will be eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
How refunds are processed
- Eligibility is checked against payment, registration and interview assistance records.
- Transaction details may be requested to verify the original payment.
- Refunds will ordinarily be returned through the original payment method where supported.
- Bank or payment-provider processing time may affect when the funds appear in the account.
If at least one suitable interview is scheduled but fewer than five assistance opportunities are provided, the 50% refund condition above does not automatically apply. Applicable legal rights remain unaffected.
Separate Placement Charge
Separate from the ₹1,000 Registration Fee
If a candidate is selected and joins a job through a vacancy or referral facilitated by Lakshya Placement Services, a placement charge equivalent to 15 days of gross salary may apply under the agreed placement terms.
- The placement charge is not included in the registration fee.
- The calculation basis, exact amount and payment deadline must be disclosed before the relevant placement is accepted.
- Under the proposed standard terms, payment is due within 15 days after joining.
- No placement charge is payable if the candidate has not joined, subject to applicable law and valid, separately disclosed terms.
Direct Company Payroll
Employment with the Recruiting Company
All vacancies offered under this registration plan are intended for direct employment with the recruiting company. Selected candidates will be on the hiring company’s payroll, not on Lakshya Placement Services’ payroll.
The employer determines final selection, salary, benefits, work location, working hours and employment conditions.
Registration Process
Candidate Responsibilities
- Provide accurate personal, educational and professional information.
- Keep contact details and resume up to date.
- Respond to relevant vacancy notifications and interview communications.
- Inform the team promptly if unable to attend a scheduled interview.
Missed or declined interviews will be assessed fairly and in context. Refund eligibility will not be denied arbitrarily; any applicable exclusions must be disclosed in advance and applied consistently.
Privacy & Candidate Information
Candidate information, photographs and resumes will be used for registration administration and recruitment-related assistance. Relevant information may be shared with prospective employers for suitable opportunities, subject to applicable privacy requirements and candidate consent.
Never share OTPs, UPI PINs, banking passwords or card PINs. Submit only the transaction information needed to verify payment.

Lakshya Placement Services provides recruitment assistance and interview preparation. Final hiring decisions are made by the employer. Registration does not guarantee a job, interview, offer letter, salary or employment within a specified period.
Candidates should review the registration fee, refund conditions, separate placement charge, direct company payroll terms and privacy provisions before payment. The accepted policy version should be recorded before registration is confirmed.
Nothing in this policy excludes any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
